Buck;s Plumbing bad experience I cannot say a good word about Bucks Plumbing. Contacted Home Depot to install a water heater in my business. Buck's plumbing was contracted by Olshan (Home Depot Contractor). The quote given was reasonable until after installation. They charged me $460.00 for 40 feet of drain pipe. Home Depot sells this for $1.97 for a 10 foot section. Lets assume with a couple of fittings this should cost less than $20.00. I realize they need to mark this up lets assume $50.00 on the high side. This surprise charge was not part of the original quote. Another item was the poor communication. I was promised a call from Bucks and am still waiting for it 2 months later. I sent Bucks Pluming a complaint letter and have not recieved a reply. Also, you cannot find a good email address for Bucks Plumbing.

I would like to say most likely least professional service I have every had from anyone. First of all the guy was a jerk, I had just talked to him on the phone not more than 10 minutes before he was already over a hour late. He did the usual walked around until he found a hot side water connection then hooked up hist "test equipment" then came running up to front door, rang the door about 6 times like a kid. Second words almost out of his mouth was I have run a test on the water pressure, he then makes a pee-line for his rigged test to show it was at 100 pounds of pressure. Would not recommend this company and if a guy by the name of Chriscalls you are most likely going to get ripped off. Has some 701 North Dakota phone number, sort reminds of a carpet bagger.

I was impressed with Chris who installed the water heater at my house. He patienly explanied the details of what needed to be done. He also did his best to carefully assess where the new valve had to go in order to decrese the pressure. Chris took time to educte me and make me feel ery comfortable. You are the number to be called for plumbing work in the future.
