We are here to revolutionize the auto parts industry! We only charge you for the labor on your vehicle's repairs; you NEVER pay markups on the replacement parts for your vehicle. Whether you bring in your own part, or allow us to find it for you at the cheapest price available, you will NOT pay a markup on the parts. Most automotive shops charge you 50%-%100 + markup on the parts used during service. At Bring Your Own Parts, we know things have changed and we want to change them. We know that you are saavy customers who hate to pay more when you see it else where for less. We service any make and model of cars, foreign or domestic.

This business is open and they will try to con you out of your money. They will tell you that you need additional parts that you do not need. In addition, they will take forever to get your vehicle back to you.
Awesome place! I broke down on my way to work and was stranded and called two other shops that were "too busy" or were charging up the wall on towing. BYOP gave me FREE towing and was there so quick. I needed to replace the tensioner assembly and serpentine belt as soon as possible. They made me so comfortable and took such great care of me and my vehicle in a timely manner. Very thankful for BYOP. Great job guys.
It was my first time at Bring Your own Parts and I wasn't disappointed. They were very nice, helpful and explained everything that was going wrong. They also help me save a lot. Overall great place, they will have a new customer.
Loved BYOP! BMW had light on &I took it BYOP and they fixed for such a great price! I was nervous bc everywhere else they were uncharging. I'm a college student and couldn't afford other places. Just because I had a BMW other places gave me ridiculous prices and BYOP saved me so much money. I really recommend bring your own parts.

I always refer people here for auto work because of one reason: They are the best in town. The prices are competitive and the service has always been excellent. I will continue to bring my vehicles here knowing that the work they do will keep my family safe!
Bring Your Own Parts did not fix my vehicle after I paid them over $1,000 dollars to replace items that I purchase to repair it. I drove the vehicle home and did not touch it for 3-days. On the 3rd day, open up the hood to see that they over-filled the oil, emptied the radiator and left a part sitting out by the radiator cap. Don't even no where that part goes. The vehicle is now inoperable and now I have to get it towed to find out what damage they did to my vehicle. What a SCAM and a RIP-OFF company. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!! If you want to be rip-off, then enter at your own risk!!!
Took car I knew what's wrong ,but they insisted on there 100.00 diagnosis. I told them all my sinerios and one person there agreed, but still they didn't find anything wrong with car, but auto zone employees have given the option and me being a smart women know that's what it needs ,but they said why fix. You would think most people would fix. I'M NOT STRANDED AGAIN WITH SAME ISSUES NO MONEY TO KEEP WASTING .
$200/ HR Labor
This place is a HUGE RIP OFF
I really wasn't surprised when they told me they charged $100/HR for Labor since they had a nice shop and supposedly didn't mark-up the parts, but I had no idea they would charge me for twice the hours that they actually worked on my car at that rate. My car was there for a little under 5 hours, and they charged me 11 Hours labor, and said they were just that good. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. I am thinking of making a sign and standing out front of the shop to make sure everyone passing by knows to avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible place of business. Overcharged for services that were not rendered and then demand that you pay. Do not do business with this operation. While there I also heard two other people complaining about the bill being way more than what was agreed to. Again...do not take your vehicle here...you have been warned. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt after reading other reviews but I was wrong. I do believe that the good reviews are put on by the actual business itself to offset all the bad reviews.
They changed me 3 times the estimated price to replace an alternator on my 1997 Jeep Cherokee.Please don't get ripped off like this.

Awful. Just awful service and treatment. Don't ever bring your vehicle here! I came here once and it was horrible. Thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt and try again here recently...Huge Mistake!! Save yourself time and frustration and find someplace else.
Scam. I paid 350. For my front brake job . They get you on labor. Most places charge 50 an hour for labor and make there money on parts. This place makes there money on labor. I paid way too much for a shady mechanic.

The staff is like alot of places they are out to get your money, you are given quotes and I feel they broke other things on purpose, You know your car. you take it in for an oil change then need a new transmission. they are totally sincere in their lies Martin is just one of them. Oh don't worry we will get it back to you same day, they screw it up you need to bring it back and need to leave it for 3-4 days, they know our weaknesses and we need our cars and take advantage of that. Please save your money take heed to these honest reviews, the others are employees making this wanna be mechanic shop, no courtesy for disabled..
