Horrible service and very inconsiderate. Contracted with the owner to service my swim spa for chemicals weekly. The day of the first scheduled appointment, after I text messaged him to ask him what time he was coming, he responded after 5:00 p.m. stating that he need to reschedule for the following day. The next day he came and everything was fine. The second scheduled appointment, which was supposed to be Friday, August 4, 2017, when I text messaged him to ask him what time he would be here, he responded that he was running late and would come out Monday. I told him that was fine. Monday came and no one called and no one showed up. I called them on Tuesday to find out what was going on. They said because it was raining they didn't come out on Monday . I told him that was fine since it was raining but they should have given me the courtesy of telling me they were not going to be out. So if you are not present for the service They are probably acting like they are doing the service and not showing up at all. This is probably why they did not give me the common courtesy of letting me know they were not going to be there on MondayThey were supposed to come out again on Tuesday. They said they would be there at 2:30. At three they still were not there to service my spa so I contacted Office who is on the phone with me for over 30 minutes trying to locate the service crew. At 3:10 I finally told the office lady I had to leave and couldn't wait on them anymore. She said she would reschedule me for Wednesday. Wednesday came and no one showed up and no one called. So Thursday morning I called them and told them to cancel my service and refund my money. I text messaged the owner throughout this process and he did not respond. I text messaged him on Wednesday and Thursday of this week, and he did not respond until Friday. He offered no apology. He only stated that he was going to refund my money as I requested and this was best for both of us due to time Issues.

My spa broke for the last time! I looked at all six brands here in S,A and I bought a LAZYBOY??!! at bell. Wow am I impressed! They do not pretend with a big fancy showroom they are a meat&potato spa showroom clean to the point and no double talk.I was told that with a low overhead they had high quality spa at a reasonable cost,and did they tell the truth! My new lazyboy blows away my buddys hot tub and I paid thousands!!! less My buddy jokes that he got crafted/shafted and if you are good at shoping for a hot tub you will know what I am talking about. Hey the guys at bell were just plain honest and straight up with me and the owner even started it up himself and gavg me his cell# if I had a ouestion and he took my a few days later!!! Bob Duelm.

I had a 15 year old hot tub that no other repair company knew any thing about last year and the Bell guys figured out what was wrong ,got the part and fixed it!!!!! My total cost was $789.45 . Ouch! but they gave me a 1 year warranty. Well last week it broke down and they came out and found it was something else than what was repaired before. The Bell tech. took a lot of time to explain to me what was up with it and gave me two options. One to spend 437$ to fix it (discounted 150$ ) from normal price, or get 789.45$ and my new service call of 75$ off a new spa. I thought yeah yeah I will go into their store and they will go up on the price! And its been over a year .Well when I went in I found all hot tubs clearly priced and some on sale, I picked out one on sale then !!!!!! showed the salesgirl my old bills from my repair a year ago and service call from last week and they honored It! I love my new hot tub,(new ones are way cool) and I love my hot tub guys! signed M. Kaine

We are first-time pool owners, so it has been a learning experience trying to get our pool clean and maintain it that way. No matter who I've spoken to at the Alamo Quarry location, I have received unfailingly good and patient advice and explanations. Also, they have not tried to sell me things I do not need. We also used their pool cleaning service for a one-time cleaning, and the person sent out was prompt and professional. Great store.
