      When buying a new piece of property (which is quite often in our case), we use Robert Burns to get the job done. Many a property has been bought or avoided because Robert was quick at his job & got good comparables for the appraisal. We have used Robert for around 6 years because he always has up to date information that is crucial when purchasing a property in the San Antonio Market, he is not jaded like many old appraisers & he has always provided us with up & coming market trends & often has made recommendations as to whether or not a proposed update was worthwhile or whether we were missing an opportunity to create more value/equity in a property. He is friendly & helpful and his experience & detailed market knowledge is what has proven to be his best and biggest asset which is why we continue to use him.
