Their work in refinishing my bathtub on 3-7-19 resulted in a ceiling leak below the bathtub. There is also an obvious overspray of acrylic paint over the tub's drain. There can be NO dispute about the overspray. Days after their work they will not honor their 5-year warranty. Their faulty work has resulted in my incurring plumbing expenses and repair of downstairs ceiling (sheetrock repair and paint). The plumber (licensed and certified) attributes the leak to the work of A Star Bath and Kitchen. When I asked A Star Bath and Kitchen about fulilling their warranty promise, the owner said "sweetie, I have to go" and then hung up.

A-Star Bath and Kitchen is a vendor for the company I work for and has done work on several properties for us here at Colonial Residential Properties. The work that they have done has consistently been superb, customer service is wonderful, they are quick to respond, and reasonably priced. This company isn't one you have to worry about getting taken advantage of.

Jesse is very educated on the work that he does and always delivers over our expectations.
