      A Plus Family Care is a home health agency licensed by DADS and certified by Medicare, in business since 1999. It currently serves more than 1000 patients all over Texas (please check website). We do have all type of services within the Agency to include pediatrics, outpatients and community services such as PHC / MDCP/ CBA in addition to the Medicare home health services. We stand by the name A Plus Family Care and we strive to live up to it.

      A Plus Family Care offers a range of Medicare- and Medicaid-certified home health care and nursing services. It specializes in rehabilitation and various social work services and focuses on the Greater San Antonio community.
