Anthony Jones was the sales man that helped us a month and a half ago. We just wanted information on standard transmission mustangs. My husband and I love the 5.0 mustangs. He found a roush stage 2 black mustang for us. We were not thinking about buying a car at the time but he got us a deal we could not refuse. The car was for me and I love it!!! We recommend Jim Bass 100%! Best believe if I ever get another mustang it will be there!

Something has obviously changed in the last four years; there's been management change and a lot of improvements. Its the only place I'll take my vehicle to get serviced. The service department is awesome! Very helpful and accommodating.

I purchased a used Dodge Duran...

I purchased a used Dodge Durango from Jim Bass Ford and purchased a warranty. HUGE MISTAKE. I can not say enough about how incredibly nice Jim Bass was to me when I purchased my vehicle. They were wonderful.....until I had a problem. I have had many problems with them since but since I purchased the warranty through them I have had to continue to return to the service department. The latest incident is still going on. I took my vehicle in on March 6, 2012 because the transmission went out. 27 days later (on April 2nd) I got my vehicle back..Yay, right?? WRONG - 2 days later as I was dropping my boys off at school the transmission went out AGAIN!! It is now April 20th and I still don't have my vehicle, they have no idea what's wrong with it, they have no idea when I will be getting it back and they go 3 or 4 days without even returning a phone call to us. I do have a rental car now but only after they LIED and said they had no rental cars on the lot (I called the rental car department and they had several choices for me....I of course did not tell them who I was when I called). My husband convinced them to get me a rental car! I am not the only person that has had this much trouble with the Jim Bass Ford. I have multiple friends who have had very big problems with them. My advise to anyone thinking of buying or servicing a vehicle at Jim Bass.....don't do it.

I don't recommend unless neccesary!

I had an accident that happened about November 07 time frame. I needed work done on my drivers side door and under carriage. I told my insurance that I wouldn't mind having the Dealership work on it. When the Insurance paperwork went though for the Dealership to fix my car, I gave the Dealership a heads up that I didn't have the money right off hand, $500 (especially me being a single parent with kids). I called each week to see how the progress was going on the work on my Mazda, and they said they received the part that week and would be working on it the following week after the accident. I saved up money, and when four weeks went by, I finally had the $500 to retrieve my vehicle. I called the Dealership and they gave me the explaination of why my car was not fixed, "We didn't work on your car because you said you didn't have the money". I was furious, me being a single parent with kids, I should already have my vehicle. It took about 2 more weeks (6 weeks in total), a call from my supervisor, and a threat to put them on a list to warn others of such bad service, to make them hurry along their service that should have been done. In which this case, my car still isn't fixed properly and I need to take it back to the Dealership with the reciept for them to fix it again. I warn, please don't go here UNLESS NECCESARY! Some things you can't help but to go to the Dealership, but if you can find better service at a cheaper price or the same, please do-for your benefit!!!
