Paid over $2500 for products that were to arrive in 3 days, only to find that the associates working there have NO idea when anything is arriving or if it ever will. The person who called himself "the head honcho" of the electronics department told me I should just buy the more expensive items that are currently in stock so I could at least leave with something in hand. Are you kidding me? Bottom line: young, ill-mannered, disrespectful, unintelligent associates working in the San Angelo branch. While I understand that the holidays can be stressful, it's the job of a customer service representative to at least attempt a solution to problems that are out of the hands of the consumer. Pathetic! I'll go back...for a refund!!!

I have been calling on the phone for 2 days during business hours and it puts me on hold with the same annoying song. Yesterday I waited 20 minutes before hanging up and today I put my phone down and let it sit on hold for 40!! Minutes still no answer. There Is NO way they were assisting customers for that long for 2 days. I will make sure to tell everyone I know y'all suck!!
Pro: Customer service is great, product informed staff, just the right amount of contact with customer. Not harassed or followed by staff yet close by when needed. Store is clean and well arranged. Biggest impression: Staff seem to enjoy being at work and that attitude is felt by customers. Access and parking are excellent.Con: map is incorrect. This is the smallest Best Buy in the nation. Limited products on hand. Customer must order and accept products site unseen. If enlarging the store in not acceptable, maybe a virtual catalog of products would be in order. I like most consumers will not make a large purchase without seeing the product.
