Water pipe broke on their side, they tried to charge a bill to me, saying it was on my side. Even after they saw it was their main pipe that broke they wanted to charge it to me.



Got behind on water bill, they cut it off on the 2nd. I told them I would pay it on the 3rd when I get my check.. nooo, they couldn't wait just one more day because they wanted to get a reconnection fee attached to my bill.



Bad water, stinks. Orange crap in water all the time. Lasted for over two weeks before I had decent drinkable water. Even now they put it in the water without notice.

Terrible quality water. Crooked board of directors.
