Do not sign up for Comcast. They cannot set up your system right. They're not reliable with their appointments. I have never received such horrible customer service.

Too bad that you can't call local. Everything has to go to the main number and have to wait a long time until you get a person. All I need is a replacement remote due to some of the most used buttons don't work. I called Comcast and they said that they would send me a new remote. I waited a week then called customer service and no order was placed! I drove several miles to the location in West Valley City, Utah to get a replacement but the hours they told me were incorrect. They have poor customer service!
