Aweful experience! Mechanic that looks at the cars I was interested in said they are junk! Unless you have a lot of money to fix something up. forget it! Plus, they'll take your money to view the cars, then you have to fight them to get it back if you don't buy! NEVER pay cash for anything there!

my experience was great! lovin my new expedition. i can finally drive in the snow. the 4 wheel drive has been so much better than slipping around in the snow in my old car.

I Had an Awesome Experience with utah public auto auction. i had a car in mind that i wanted, when i called i spoke with katie and jamie who wrote down my needs, listened to me. and got me the right car at less than my budget. i have a cousin that needs a car, and they said they would help him out for me. i will send all my family here to get a car. Me compre un 2003 BMW 325I en utah public este carro lo bi en ksl.com y no lo pude creer fue a la subasta y lo compre!!! lo unico que no me gusto que no tienen vendedores para ayudarle en la compra, pero no hay ninguna precios a lavez es mejor lo que si tienen son unas chicas muy lindas asi cualquiera compra carro jajajaja

We talked to Jamie and she was terrific. She was very nice and pleasant to work with. She helped us all along the way. And went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Ask her anything and if she doesn't have the answer (which she had all the answers for us) she'll find out for you. And for those who got crappy cars. Your getting a used Automobile. You get what you get. That's the way they get them. They are not mechanic's. That's why there is Warranties that you can buy to save you money later if something goes wrong. So you need to be a smart buyer.

Utah Public Auto Auction rocks! We had premier service by Jamie (who deserves a raise - at least!) My son-in-law and I were able to purchase an excellent vehicle at a rock bottom price - and we were ably assisted every step of the way. We found Utah Public Auto Auction on the KSL.com website. We talked to Jamie and she was terrific. She had our best interest always in hand. She was very nice and pleasant to work with and she defiantly took accountability for her job. She knew what cars were available for what we were looking for without even having to look them up. After looking for a couple of hours and getting ready to leave she asked us if we would look at one more car. We did. It was the car we bought. We gave her a bid and she went to work with the bank. This was at 5:30 PM at night and she never let down calling several different numbers to get the right person. She made a very conservative bid and the bank took it. We couldn't be happier with the car we bought there.
