this is a great place to go, especially if you ask for help. Choosing a mat and frame to make art "pop" takes talent and every item I have had done here is more beautiful than I envisioned.

The Frame Shop provided fantastic customer service and superior craftsmanship to me recently.



I went in with a vintage poster that I needed to have framed that very day for my daughter's 16th birthday. I did not even get into the store until mid-day or so. Even though the framer was not scheduled to be in that day to work on framing jobs, the owner assured me that she would do her best to get him in so that he could have the frame ready for me early that evening. She called him and even offered to go pick him up at his home if that would help him get to the store and also helped me pick out the right frame and glass, etc... I left the poster there and as she promised, she called me within the hour to confirm that the poster would be framed by the end of the day. Later in the day, the framer himself called and told me that I could pick it up.



Even though the order was so rushed, the job was impeccably completed. The poster looked fantastic in the frame and glass that was recommended and the job was super professional, at a competitive price. While most shops would have either turned me away or charged me a surcharge for a rushed job, The Frame Shop went beyond the call of duty to get my job done right and in the limited time frame I had.



My daughter loved her framed poster. It looks smashing in her room.

I had a wonderful antique frame reassaembled with the folks at this shop. They did a great job, it wasn't just a bunch of part-timer kids like some of the bigger places have. They do a good job with it.
