Would not recommend standardplumbing.com. I ordered on a Monday, they said they had all items in stock, and would ship on Wednesday, and deliver on Friday.Following Monday, I had not yet received an email confirmation. I called, waiting on hold for a while, and the customer rep said ALL items (except one) were on backorder. They would not ship for at least two weeks. She does not know why the original person told me they were in stock.Can you discount the $20 shipping charge? No, can't do that.Can you discount my order? No, sorry.Can you at least re-send the email with my order on it? Sorry, not able to do that either.What can I do? Wait 2-3 weeks and call back. Based on that phone call, I got the feeling this is not much more than a person operating out of the back of a truck.Next time I will pay a little more and buy elsewhere.
