The Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library serves the educational, research, and clinical needs of health professionals, students and researchers at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center and throughout Utah. It is also a regional medical library for the midcontinent region in the National Network of Libraries of Medicine. The library s facility includes three levels and public restrooms. The Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library features various books and catalogs, including government documents on medical sciences and clinical journals. The library also maintains a general surgery department that provides various surgery instructional programs and software. It also operates duplication, circulation, reserve, interlibrary loans and document delivery and reference departments. The Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library is a member of the Federal Depository Library Program. The library is located in Salt Lake City.
