Associates are very welcoming and polite. Managers were very helping to my needs as well as the employees when I needed help finding something. Also, very knowledgable!

They will not give refunds or in store credit without a receipt.



Office Max has much better service and the perks rewards card will allow you to turn in ink cartridges for gift cards. It is much better than Office Dippo - not a typo. This place is cheating the customer every way they can. They stink!
