SANDY CLINE-POTTS TITLE---- REGIONAL MANAGER KEY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MRs. Potts-- was entrusted to oversee a senior H.U.D complex in SLC Utah . Her first chance as a manager she compromised the seniors personal information by taping our info on each door. She was terminated for that..... nAt this present time was offered a higher job- more responsibility with the same company! She apologized in letter to the tenants for the h.uge mistake and agreed that was stupid and ,would not happen again. And within this past week, she has used her position to 1: put her husbands x wife at the top of the very long waiting list. Sandy talked her into leaving California , sell her trailer, bring her grown sons with and relocated her to a senior apt.in Salt Lake City . She gave her a rent free apt. She paid no deposit, and promised her a night manager job as well as her sons. They also got a free apt. And maintenance job in Ogden through key property management. They also bypassed the other people waiting on the list for an apartment! She has broken every h.u.d rule their is. And hired a manager at Lincoln towers ( One of her friends) she also agreed to change the waiting list paperwork to get Sandys friend here. They also brought along 4 dogs... 1 pitbull, 1 husky,1 German Sheppard, 1 collie. Us seniors are in fear in our apartments now and when we walk our 8 lb dogs were in fear. Her friend and us tenants are the victims here. Her friend is 55 and has no disabilities and does not qualify to be a resident here and will have to va cate on completion of the internal investigation. At that time sandy cline - Potts should be arrested for fraud and changing government papers to fit her agenda. We need honest manager back here, her name is Tammy Hart, .... Sandy is trying to keep her away saying the tenants don't like her. Actuall the tenants DO NOT LIKE A CRIMINAL with our personal information.. She needs to be terminated immediately. Sandy cline Potts. The seniors here range from 62 yrs old to 94. She has abused us and our once quiet home has pit bulls and collies living here. We are not safe outside even siting down and. Visiting. H.U.D is investigating now. HEr boss ZAck should be letting her go before the police take over and see she has committed a federal offense. The tenants have put together a petition asking for her to be incarcerated, and let go of her position immediately. And to add insult to injury she is going to furnish the apartment of her husband x.. next week get gephart has agreed to look at this crooked woman too.
