This House of Hookah is the best shop out of all of them in the valley, I use to go to the 1 on 4100s and redwood rd. This is where I meet Fabian years ago, when he worked at this location. I'm sad that he relocated to this store because he is the best and most nicest person in the house of Hookah store's & I will go out of my way to go see him in his store. He really needs to get a raise and a promotion!! I will not go back to the store on 4100s and redwood, where I live because of the guy working there, I think his name is curly or that's his nick name, but he is very rude and doesn't have any respect for the customers. He needs to get fired or demoted or time off with no pay until he can learn to treat people right. I witnessed him being rude to other customers and to me and my son. I will not go back to that location until something changes or he is gone permanently!! I worked retail my hole life and that's not acceptable to me, you need to treat your customers with respect and kindness the way Fabian does, he truly is the best employee that you have in your company!! I would give Fabian 10 star's if I could. Thank you for listening to my review!!
