I am usually a fan of suporting locally owned businesses first, so when my camera was broken, instead of taking it to best buy like my husband suggested, i found Forster's camera, a locally owned camera shop since 1971.The camera got sand in the lense, and they said it would cost $75 with tax to repair it. I thought that was expensive but TRUSTED THEM! I finally paid $80 and picked the camera up. I took two photos and the camera malfunctioned EXACTLY like it had when i first brought it in. They are closed on the weekends. When we finally could get it back in the shop a week later on monday, the tech was out of town till friday. AFter the second attempy they said they can't fix it now, and instead of giving me a full refund they are still trying to charge me $15 to pick up the camera! So basically they could not fix it and in order to make some money off of me they want to keep my camera and use it for parts or try to resell it. I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST BRINGING YOUR CAMERAS HERE!
