Lived there 6 months within that tie they had bed bugs, beetles, etc inside the apartments and refused to fix it. They were constantly closing the pool for no reason except the maintenance not wanting to clean it. The manager was a horrible person and refused to answer her door, phone, texts etc. It was an awful experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone until they are under new owners and new management. Horrible place to live especially with children. Our neighbor had a daughter and her sink and disposal and dishwasher started flooding with sewer water and they refused to fix it and she had to call the health department on the apartments for them to even consider fixing it.

We have lived at Cherry Hill for a few months now. The apartment is in a pretty awesome location because we are close to the freeways and there are a lot of good places close by. The management and maintence crew are top notch and they fixed my disposal the same day I reported it broken. I've really enjoyed living here.

The foundations are cracked and the buildings in need of repair. The dryers never work and repairs are shotty at best.
