Had them jet a clogged parking lot culvert. They came the same day I called. Pulled out a giant root ball.
Told them we lived on a snow pack road, the truck got stuck in our driveway. Got him unstuck, told him we were going to get more salt and the truck took off. They finally answered, told me they were coming back. Called the office, the owner said yes they are coming back. An hour later, I call back and the owner tells me they went home. Then hangs up on me and now won't take my calls, neither will his driver. The drivers told us they do not have chains, as they owner is the cheapest boss ever (their words) and will not pay for any, and he doesn't believe in them. The drivers told us he tells everyone he can do every job, and when they get there it's up to the homeowner to figure out why their trucks can't get to where they say they can go. Equipment not in good working order!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, they will quote you a price then they will start with many add on's. When they claim to have finished the job, and after they have your credit card information, they will tell you that other parts of your house have plugged drains and if you want them fixed it will cost you more and more money. This is typical of this business. I would not use these people or recommend them to others.
