It's ridiculous they make you pay for a mail box and dont even give you the right mail, I have gotten tons of other peoples mail and have found mine OPENED and on the ground. Get people who can do the job right please.

The postal service complains they are broke, well maybe if their customer services were better that would change. The lady that does our route won't bring packages out she just puts The slip in and says unable to deliver. This weekend she did that and I went without medication that I had to have. Now I wonder if something would've happened would they like the conversation they'd have with my lawyer?

Hard to rely on. Have to worry whether or not the mail will end up in the right mailbox. Some of my neighbors are not honest and would hate for my personal info to end up in the wrong hands. The mail can run anywhere between 9 am to 5 pm. If I am expecting something important I have to wait all day and put other things on hold just so I can get my mail. poor customer service. I live in a trailer park and we have cluster mailboxes so I can not ever find out if my mail made it to my box. Got some of my neighbors medication. Some people may not have taken him his medicine. Just hope my neighbors will do the same for me.

Customer service is very poor. Some of the employees should be required to take customer service classes. They gave me the run around because they didn't have my package. Didn't have any questions answered, until I asked to speak with a supervisor.
