wow, this realty co. is so unprofessional. they are subject to loose work orders, apts, keys and yes rent. all the properties i have seen are substandard. be careful, they wont release you from the lease even when they are not performing as they should......I TOOK THEM TO COURT FOR MY DEPOSIT AND I WON. if you are in a pinch take pictures when you move in and out....take lots of picture and be prepared to do a thorough clean before move in....move the fridge and open cabinets......BUYER-RENTER BEWARE!!!!
