I have now been with this agancy for over 8 years and in that time I have had nothing but positive experiences. They regularly perform periodic reviews to ensure I am not over or under insured and many times it results in a monitary savings, which is ALWAYS good. They are always helpful and friendly, the first few times I had been to their office, I would get a personal introduction to everyone in the office, they treated me like I was their best customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This is the worst possible service I've ever recieved! I canceled my contract two months ago and my check got printed then somehow voided. Supposedly Sept. 1 another check was sent out. It's now Sept.18 and I have yet to recive my check. i only had this insurance for maybe two weeks and they took 100 dollars. everytime I call to ask where my money is is i hear the same bull. "Wait two more weeks then it should arrive." This is absolutely ridiculous. I completely regret ever choosing this agency. They suck and I highly recommend noone choose them.
