Unfortunately my daughter and I did not have a good experience here this morning. We arrived at her 11:00 appt, made 2 weeks ago, only to find out she was not on the schedule. The girl took half and hour to check the Fruitland store and double check the N. 13 store and checked the ph number I called, which was correct and told us again she wasn't in their system. Obviously the person scheduling did not enter the appt correctly and things happen. But it was left to the poor register girl to handle it. No supervisor spoke with us or offered anything, even concern, over their mistake. I feel the situation was handled very unprofessionally.

Excellent service, and the doctor got my prescription right the first time, which my last ophthamologist seemed to find difficult! Excellent servce: I had both my glasses and gas permeable contacts in under a week. The cost was at least $200 less than Lens Crafters, if not more, and I am happy!

They offer a great selection of glasses and all the contacts you would need. It's good even if it is at Walmart!
