Called, no one answers.

I ordered and paid extra for Express shipping for an item that was not supposed to require a signature. I had to run an errand for about an hour and, of course, the shipment came during that hour. However, instead of delivering it, the driver left a "Door Tag" which states I can pick it up at the location 45 minutes away or have it delivered the next day because of the need for a signature. There is no way listed to contact them locally - only the 1-800 number that goes to a call center. I called the 1-800 number and they confirmed that the package did not need a signature, but a lot of good that did me now. According to the tracking information, the delivery person had only left 20 minutes ago. If I could have contacted the local place, I would have willingly went up the road somewhere to find a place to meet the guy that was on his way. They need to have drivers who pay attention to the packaging requirements and they need to have a way to contact the local shipping center.
