I have an order coming from Toys"R"Us and I guess Estes Express is the contractor for deliveries for them. I've never had so much issues with a company as I have with this one. My order arrived On a Thursday so I figured I'd get it Friday. I was called Thursday saying they needed to schedule a delivery, I asked why iI couldn't get it Friday and she (Connie) said I couldn't ( grandson Birthday Saturday) she asked if I was available Monday and I said yes (still upset it wouldn't be here Friday). Monday rolls around and I haven't seen a delivery yet and it was 3:00, I decided to call and was told it is scheduled for Tuesday, yes, I did get mad, yes, I did say in a harsh tone....exactly what had transpired not get Friday, scheduled for Monday now telling me it will be Tuesday. Connie sat on the phone a second then said hold on, she proceeds to dial some numbers and I said it's still me , so then she hangs up on me. She called back 4 minutes later telling me they will get here later on today. I say thank you and hang up, I guess you know where this is headed.....I'm STILL WAITING!

Paid for shipping of wood poles with Estes per Freightquote. Paid extra for residential delivery and a liftgate. Estes accepted the shipment, but now say they don't know how they can deliver to my residence unless I have someone unload the poles from the truck or pay them more to unload the poles from the truck. So . . . a quote from Estes for shipping means nothing. At this point they are holding my shipment until I pay them more than their quote or pay someone to do what they contracted to do
