The dispatcher said the less-than five-mile trip from 12 Spruce Street, Delmar to 34902 Sussex Hwy Delmar would be $15. The driver demanded $30 and forced my wife to go to an ATM and collect the money. The dispatcher claimed there was no way the driver would have done something like that, the manager said it was too bad but that's what the charge was. They are not Chamber or Better Business Bureau members, so the only recourse if they rip you off is to take them to court. I suspect they know this, which is why they do it.

I have used this service three times every single time they have been up to 45 minutes or an hour late. The most recent encounter I had a driver picked me up proceeded to talk on the phone with a family member picked them up made two other personal stops and then drop me off where I was supposed to go making me late for my appointment! Very unprofessional service! Don't waste your time!

The reviews I read were outdated and I will give you a 2013 observation of Bailey's Taxi Service. The people that dispatch are courteous and concerned. The drivers are mannerly and helpful. They are careful drivers. I find the inside of the taxis clean and comfortable. Thank you Bailey's for being there for us!

bailey's cab service is so awful I would rather walk.... their cab cars stink and their drivers look dirty.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE BAILEYS CAB SERVICES THEY TAKE FOREVER TO COME AND SOMETIMES THEY SHOW UP WITH A CAR FULL OF PASSENGERS AND THE PEOPLE THAT ANSWER THE PHONES HAVE POOR ATTITUDE!
