I've been shopping at Tom's for years. My favorite items are the catering supplies (I don't know of anyplace that carries more sizes of foil pans, plastic trays, etc) and scrapbooking supplies (same items found at JoAnn and Walmart but about half the price). My husband always tries them first for tools and small hardware items. Even when they don't have what I went in for, I always spend at least $10-$15 because I see other things I can't live without. I've seen the same faces working behind the counter for years and I appreciate the personal service. Give them a shot!

Store is a disgrace! If possible I would rate this store 0 stars. This store refused to return an item I had purchased for $20. I had my receipt present at the time. There 'excuse' for not allowing me to return the product was that i had previously opened the product. Which I had not done. The product was undamaged and unused and was purchased the same day. I then expressed to them that i was very upset by this. The manager then came back at me and stated sarcastically and very unprofessionally "I can very easily call an ambulance for you! You must leave, you are upsetting other customers." I would strongly recommend that you NEVER shop at this store EVER!

Buyer Beware!!! The company does not stand behind their product or abide by their return policy. Stephanie, the store manager was very unprofessional, accused us of breaking the product. Followed my wife (who had our infant son with her) outside the store and continued to verbally accost her. I attempted to contact the owner Tom, who was also unprofessional and was not willing to listen to the complaint. Be very careful in dealing with this store.
