Welcome to Laurel Tree! We are nestled in the beautiful Salinas area and enjoy easy access to Highway 101. Our community is near the Davis, Westridge and Sherwood Shopping Centers. We have spacious and versatile floor plans that include studios, one and two bedroom apartments and lofts. All studios and lofts are equipped with full sized stoves. Our residents will enjoy a peaceful stroll through our beautifully landscaped property with lots of large trees. We invite residents to relax in our heated swimming pool after a vigorous workout in our fitness center. Host your own special event or party at our picnic area with a playground, picnic tables and barbeque pit. We also feature a laundry facility for our resident's convenience.
