Dr. Durfee has been nothing but excellent with not only my animals but myself as well. I have had to have 2 cats put to sleep and he was very kind and understanding. We got another cat that had bitten me and when I went to have it neutered, the nurse told him the cat had bitten me and he came right out to look at it and suggested I get antibiotics, explaining all the nasty that is in a cat's mouth. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him any day of the week! Was also very caring and sympathetic when I was sobbing about having to put my cat to sleep. Overall a VERY nice guy.

Will never recommend or visit this clinic again. I felt that the vet was unprofessional, with horrible manners. I feel like he failed to properly diagnose and adequately care for my dog. He charged me top dollar for her care, which had to be paid in full (cash, credit or debit) before he would release my dog. He was to busy talking, trying to get HIS point across rather than listening to what we had to say or caring about our feelings. He trusts the word of his staff rather than his customers. After 3 days and my dog in worse shape than the day she went in, I had to take her to another vet. I feel like he was more concerned about how he was going to get paid, than my dog. Hope no one else has to go through the experience we had. Just heartbreaking. Our dogs prognosis is poor but she is now in great hands of a caring vet who actually care about our thoughts and feelings, but most importantly, our dog.
