Rich and Laurie Hoffmann provided great customer service. I contacted them in January 2013 about their shower doors. They were very prompt in setting up an appointment, coming out as scheduled, measuring, and ordering my door. Rich told me the benefits of having Guardian ShowerGuard protection added to the glass to protect it from corrosion and spotting with the hard, rusty well water we have here in Salem. I decided to pay the extra for it, figuring if it cuts down on my cleaning time it would be worth it. Well, it's now May (2013) and I have to say it was worth it! All I do after each shower is run a squeegee blade down the glass and it dries spot free and maybe once a month spray some vinegar&water solution on it. This (along with a good water softner) has kept away rust spots and water spots from forming. I am very satisfied with this door and highly recommend the showerguard and their business for their professional installation.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. REPLACED WINDSHIELD AND THERE WAS TONS OF EXCESS CAULK. EXPENSIVE AND POOR WORKMANSHIP
