by Vicki Camille08/22/2011 Today my tabby cat Dusty, she is one year old, she had given birth to 3 kittens. She was panting, acting nervous, meowing and looked uncomfortable. I called Dr. Doug Keen, he suggested I bring her in to be sure she doesnt have any kittens in her abdomen still. When I got there , there were many dogs in the waiting room. The staff is friendly, a dog made a mess and they cleaned it right away. After waiting , the Dr felt Dusty's abdomen and felt her bladder , but just to be sure, he did an ultrasound. Luckily no kitties left in there. My kids listened to her heart, Dr Keen let them hear the stethescope I am so HAPPY with Harris Pet Hospital, the owners are good people who Fear the Lord, and treat customers fairly and kindly. ~ signed, Victoria Gogan

This is a review of the Harris Pet Hospital. I have been acquainted with their services for several years. I am the father of one of the veterinarians, Dr. Sol Wikert. Now I am biased obviously, but I have been able to actually see Dr. Wikert perform a few surgeries that owners of patients could not. Sol does some of the most complicated surgeries there and is an excellent surgeon. Most of all though, Dr. Wikert has an almost photographic memory (here is where my 34 year association as a father with Sol can not be questioned). While visiting the clinic I have seen other veterinarians come to Dr. Wikert with particularly hard diagnosis problems that most vets might need to do research on. Dr. Wikert could instantly recall and had an answer for them. He is considered the hospital's "encyclopedia" as I was told by one of the other vets after she came up and asked him a question. This makes him one of the best diagnosticians around. It is a great place to take your beloved pet to!
I have been taking my Cattledog Boomer to Harris Pet for about 5 years now...It is a little expensive, but a VERY CLEAN NICE PLACE! They seem to be very thorough and knoweldgeable. I Trust them.
