I have been using Westphal's for several years and I fully trust them. As a non-mechanical women, I am leary of repair shops but I have full confidence in Jake and his crew. They do not push things you don't need. Now my family comes here too. They're the best.

Jake and his team are fair, well priced, and experts in the field. They always get my car in and out the same day when possible. I have always been impressed with the honesty I've been shown there. I had my car in to another auto shop and they told me it was going to be hundreds of dollars for parts and labor. I took it to Westphal Automotive on a recommendation and glad I did. They looked over my car, charged me less than a hundred dollars for the parts and labor, and my suv is still running great. As a woman this is a big plus. Thanks to all the the guys at Westphal for being honest. I don't take my car anywhere else and recommend all my friends and family see you first.

These guys take good care of us and our two cars. We can always depend on there abilities and small family business spirit. These guys rock. My husband and I have brought our cars here since we have lived in Salem over the past 5 years or so. They are fair and honest. Even though it is more inconvenient to bring our cars here then elsewhere (we both work out of town), we prefer Westphal.
