      On time - Fixed right - Very pleased I needed some warranty work done on an Insinkerator Instant Hot dispenser for our kitchen, which had been installed by a different vendor, who said there might be a problem with the unit, and suggested we call United Repair Co, because they did all the warranty work for the part. I called them. Great service. Scheduled apt with two hour window and statement that repairman would call just before coming. He called. Very competent. Not sure what was wrong, but replaced unit at no charge, and said "let's see how that works." Perfect. I'm very happy with United Repair Co.

      No call no show twice in a row. Works with lowes to repair defective appliances. Made complaint to lowes and was schedule different company for repair. NOT very impressed with the lack of customer care orreliabilityy.
