      I recently had the unfortunate experience of speaking to someone in there office. I have NEVER been spoken to so condescendingly buy a staff person. I own a company myself and would fire any of my staff for treating a potential client like this. I hung up and called Northside Electric, they were wonderful to work with.

      Trustworthy, quality work. My family has used Judson's Plumbing for thirty years. They are consistently reliable, professional, and do a good quality job. I found that they stand behind their work and everything that they sell. They are also very knowledgable about what products will work best in my 1970s era home and I know I can trust them.

      Judson's Bait N Switch

      Charged extra +$400+! Quoted us price, finished job 90% then billed us for all the work plus a ton extra they could not explain. Small Job, big bill!



      We still think this could have been a small confusion that could have been handled properly by a more professional office staff. They must never have anybody ACTUALLY sue, because they were quick to tell us to sue them if we wanted.

      I am sorry you are upset with the work that was performed. the extra $400.00 was charged because you asked the technician to do more work than quoted.

      Judson's Inc. was founded in 1935 and has been under same family management that entire time. Service is our top priority and customer loyalty is our goal. We are a locally owned and operated company that has provided our customers with outstanding service for over three decades. We currently have over 60 employees including licensed trades workers, warehouse personnel and office staff. Our main office, showroom, and warehouses are located in Salem. We also have a branch plumbing office in Corvallis. Judson s service area extends from Eugene up to the greater Portland area (Beaverton, Tigard, Oregon City, Portland, etc.) and from the Oregon Coast (Lincoln City, Newport, etc.) to the Santiam Canyon (Stayton, Mill City, Detroit, etc.). Judson's provides full service sales and installation of plumbing, electrical, heating, venting and air conditioning products. We perform residential and commercial work in all trades including maintenance programs, repair/service, remodeling, and new construction.
