Founded in 1906, Franz Family Bakery is the largest independent family owned and operated bakery in the West Coast. Based in Salem, Ore., it offers a variety of bakery products, such as traditional breads, variety breads, muffins, French and sourdough; buns/rolls, bagels, pastries, donuts and cookies. The bakery also provides various nutritional products, including multigrain bread, thinwiches and multigrain English muffins. Franz Family Bakery has several partners, including Healthy Way, Silver Hills, Green Earth Baking, Svenhards and Hostess.
