As far as I'm concerned, as a healthcare administrator and psychologist, this company praise on Aging baby boomers with ridiculous prices and outrageous service. But this outfit always seems to leave out it's the fact they can't get you additional pieces unless you buy huge bundles won't take anything back and literally won't give you the time of day unless you're throwing checkbook in their face. They charge my mom an egregious amount of money for tile that you could literally get that one tenth of the price anywhere else. I told him what I thought of them in person and would never do business with them again.

We will never do business with Color Tile in Salem, OR again. The whole house was supposed to be done by mid-July and here it is, mid-July and only one room is fully done. Between mis-scheduling, not ordering enough product, lack of communication, the installer leaving the flooring scratched, last minute excuses, actions to make up for our MULTIPLE inconveniences that never happened WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!! We suggest you don't either.

I have been a customer of Color Tile for 13 years. They are very knowlegeable and extremely helpful with the projects I have done over the years. They really care. They go out of their way to make sure everything is right and you are happy with your end result. They have always beat the big box stores. It is refreshing to know everytime I have a question I can ask one of their knowledgable staff. Their carpet cleaning service is excellent also. I highly recommend them.
