Oregon Department of Justice - Division of Child Support provides child support services for families receiving public assistance. It also provides support services to children in foster and juvenile care. The division establishes paternity and child support orders and enforces child support obligations. Oregon Department of Justice - Division of Child Support also offers noncustodial parent locator services through parent's social security number, date of birth, age, last-known address and employer. In addition, the division uses many tools to enforce child support and medical insurance, including monthly billing statements, income withholding and collections of federal and state tax refunds.
