Founded in 1995, Blanchet Catholic School provides Catholic secondary school education in Salem, Ore. The school offers academic and spiritual growth opportunities to both Catholic and non-Catholic students in grades seven through 12. It serves more than 350 students. The school s academic curriculum includes English, math, religious studies, science, social studies, and health and physical education. It also offers a variety of elective courses, such as art, band, drama, vocal music and journalism. In addition, the school conducts classes in photography, ceramics, orchestra and psychology and provides several honors courses. Blanchet Catholic School is accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges.
