I highly recommend this computer store! My laptop crashed with not only all my wedding photos on it but also my parents 50th anniversary party! I first brought it to another store in town- they told me there was nothing they could do to get my pictures back. I was so distraught and was telling one of my coworkers when she suggested Bits & PCs. I brought my laptop in there without much hope, but the worker told me he thought he might be able to help me. It was almost 9 that same night when I got a call from the worker- he had stayed late after they closed (!) and had been able to get back all my pictures! I cannot express how much this meant to me or how grateful I was that he had taken the time to call me the same day! Now that is what I call customer service. The price was very reasonable and about $20 less than the first place I brought it to. I have since bought a new laptop from them and am very satisfied with it.
