Although I am not a ig fan of their return policies, they have great service. It seems they put the right people in the right departments. I even brought in a 1 yr old dvd recorder for them to look at and they showed me what was wrong for free.
Don't waste your time. Don't Buy just wants your money ( Don't Buy = Best Buy ). I recommend buying from Newegg.com. Better prices and they ship faster then Best Buy? Define: Best Buy - High prices for products that most likely obsolete. AGP devices have been replaced by PCI Express and they still sell them for full price. They must be hurting.
