Phase one of 4C's Mini Storage was first constructed in 1987. Different phases over the next 10 years were constructed with the final building G completed in the mid 1990's. To date we have over 40,000 squ ft under roof and approximately 315 various size units. Recent upgrades in the past year have been made: All buildings painted including roofs and doors New gate system New video security system installed All new LED lighting Fencing repaired and areas replaced Our rates are competitive throughout the Salem county area.
