To bad there isn't a half star review. I brought my vacuum in and it was repaired in 2 weeks. I thought that was on the long end of reasonable, but it was repaired. A few months later I took a carpet cleaner in for repair. After 2 weeks I called and he hadn't looked at it; was going to get to it the next day. Same story after I called week 3. No apologies or excuses. On week 4 when I complained about the amount of time he had my cleaner and hadn't looked at it, he said others had been there over 6 weeks. Like that should make me grateful? At this point I bought a new shampooer and figured I'd keep this one as a spare when it was repaired. After 6 weeks when I called and he was going to try to look at it tomorrow, I said forget it I'm going to take it elsewhere. Unless you have all the time in world, go somewhere where customer service is at least on the list.

Brought my Miele upright vacuum cleaner for repair (was making high pitch noise). Dealer promised to work on it within 3 days. Week later I called to check on status and was told that owner had family emergency (death in the family) and could not get to it. Promised to work on it in 3 days. Checked back in another week just to learn that no work was done. Owner promised to work on it the same night. Next day I came in person just to learn that nothing was done. Draw your own conclusions.
