      I have been dealing with Granz Since 1956 When Al Granz was around. They have always been professional and willing to help. The staff is very knowledgeable.They have never tried to just sell me a machine. The prices are honest and fair. The shop is also one of the top repair shops for Mowers in NH. I would recommend them to friends.

      The equipment and customer service is very poor.

      Purchased a used mower from this establishment and had to bring it back at least 6 times only to have them give me another used mower which was not the same as the one I purchased. The 2nd mower was less of a machine. The 2nd machine had a blown motor and they wanted me to pay for it, several years later I am still being bothered by this entire situation. I would never receommend them to anyone.
