I was so graciously assisted yesterday on the phone and in person by "Nick"Not only did he supply me with pertinent and extra info on an item I was seeking, but when I finally made it into the store he extended his customer care skills above and beyond and I picked up some other items while I was there due to his suggestion . There was difficult packaging staples on one item and he took them off for me! What a guy and personality plus!Thanks,Nick !
