Don't do it! The first rental house we looked at with them everything went swimmingly, the agent was great,etc. HOWEVER, then when we went to look at another rental they didn't specify we had to meet them at the office, would not come meet us even though we were already at the property, would not allow explanation that we were viewing another house on the same street with another agency and had a flat tire from picking up roofing nails in the area. Both ladies I talked to were rude, unwilling to even try to work with us and this is the ONLY agency in the area that did not want to meet us at the rental property in question.

Eagle realty is our property manager. We are in the process of preparing our house for a renter and Eagle Realty has been there through every step of this process. We have been so pleased on the way they conduct business. We brought our house through them five years ago, and every year they send us a thank you card.

The office staff is professional and pleasant. BUT!



The manager of this facility is the fakest person I have ever dealt with. When you walk into the office and she has patrons she is all smiles and friendly with you. (wolf in sheeps clothing)



When my family moved out here (family of 5) We were in a hotel for quite some time slowly dwindling our money away. We could not get housing on post as there was a waiting list for 6months. In desperate need to find a home we went with these people. BAD MOVE!



We went in saw a few places and decided on one we weren't too crazy about but the choices were slim and it was dead of winter. We set a date to sign the lease and as with any military move unexpected things come up that cannot be helped. I ended up having to call and tell her we needed to move our move in date by ONE day, due to a sudden cash flow issue. She then decided to get ignorant with me and threaten that it was a breach of contract if we didnt move in when we said we were going to blah, blah blah. I should have known then.



So we found a way to come up with the money and move in on time. While moving into the house we soon found that our utilities were through the roof due to lack of insulation and gas AND electric. The bills were just absurd! They then came in and changed out the unit to an energy efficient one and said that it should help with bringing the bills down. Total LIE.



Any issue we put in a work order for we were told to make sure that there was nothing that we could do ourselves because if we were at fault it would be our responsibility to pay the cost.



Now move out time comes, we left the house cleaner than it was given to us. My husband did the move out inspection and went through and was told the only issues were the lawn ??????ummm snow on the ground and the carpets we didn't have professionally cleaned. This we knew about and were willing to lose that in the deposit. They finally sent us a check and it was in the amount of 20$ from a $1000 deposit!!! I was floored! there was no itemized detailed list of what was deducted. it was simply listed as damages, late fees and carpet cleaning. Now by law they are required to give you an itemized list but for a lump sum to go to damages and they not even tell us anything just send a measly $20 check in the mail??!?! With no explanation.



This company overcharges and preys on soldiers and she will do everything and anything in her power to get her money. So I warn you watch out and stay away from this company.
