Spillane Middle School is a learning facility that provides a range of educational services for more than 1,700 students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes math, language arts, physical education, history and science. The school s extracurricular activities include theater, choir, band and orchestra. Spillane Middle School also operates a yearbook club and organizes various sports events, such as football, soccer, cross-country and volleyball. It is recognized by the Texas Education Agency. The school also conducts summer camps and maintains a library. Spillane Middle School offers special education programs for gifted and talented students. It is a part of Cypress-Fairbanks International School District.
