[PLEASE AVOID] Do NOT use this company in any shape or form. Please find someone else. Technician came to the house to do the estimate. He said he ordered the part and needed a $250 deposit. The tech said it will take 5 business days for the part to come in. Ten days went by and we didn't hear a word. We call 5x before getting a hold of someone and they told us the part is on back order and would be in 3-5 business days. Another 7 business days came and went... no phone call or any communication of the situation. Called again 3-4x with messages left before getting a call back 2 days later. Requested a refund of the deposit, the person I spoke with said it will take 24-48 hours to see it reflect on the statement. Let's just say, it's been 2 weeks; We called both the business # and the tech's # given to me and both are disconnected. The paypal account that was used to send the deposit is now inactive.
Another shady/unethical company with lazy employees that could really careless about the people they are trying to serve. They should be providing any type of service to anyone. One of the worst experiences working with a repair business or any business for the fact.
I hope they went bankrupt so no one else gets ROBBED by them.
I don't know if they changed oweners over the last year but my experience was definitely NOT as pleasent as the rest of the reviews.

Awesome Job Guys.... Thankyou So Much For Coming Out To MY Home, when my refrigerator broke down on such short notice. Matthew came out and was on time,he also had what was needed to get my refrigerator cooling again. The best part was that I also saved between 700-900, I am so glad I didn't have to replace my refrigerator : ) Highly Recommend
