I have lived here for over a year now. I love this place, hence why I decided to renew my lease. It has been quiet, well kept and have had no major issues. When I first moved in there were some electrical issues, but that is to be expected given it was brand new. The front desk staff are always very nice, and are quick to respond to emails with questions. I don't really use the facilities as I'm on the road alot, but they appear to be popular. Yes, this place is expensive, but you get what you pay for. If this year is like last year, I will renew my lease again.

way over priced and they charge for all their so called extra amenities. staff is rude, stuck up and maintness is when ever they feel like it. judging by all the issues i've had living here you would never know its a new community. the gate doesn't work properly and they charge for over 50% of the parking! 75$ for "covered parking" that doesn't even keep out the rain.
