The poor quality of service and lack of communication has made our experience with this facility the worst. From the beginning to the end, the experience was horrible and extremely difficult. From forgetting to send out prescriptions, to messing up our paperwork, to unanswered calls and lack of returning messages, this was by far the most unprofessional clinic I have dealt with. They were rude, and their facilities were unwell kept. I highly do not recommend them, as they do not put their patients first, and continue to provide excuses for their negligence in ensuring patients receiving quality care.
